charmed stay at a lush hillside retreat
multiple pools spacious rooms tasty food
the resort provided multiple pools ensuring space was never an issue. i found the modern rooms spacious which was nice. i was really happy with the tasty food at the thai restaurant located on the hill.
the resort is built on a steep site and walking around can be challenging.

the staff was consistently friendly and smiley. a few thai greetings seemed welcome. the courtesy rides provided from the lobby were much appreciated when going back.

the room had ample hanging space and was generally clean. the beds and pillows were very comfortable offering good rest. two balconies came with our room, one overlooked the sea and the other the pool.

the hotel features five swimming pools. the gym included rentable equipment for pool use. the cheeva spa provided professional massage services including a cool hot tub after the treatment.

the resort is nestled in a secluded corner between hills. i noticed the setting felt quiet and somewhat isolated. the resort also conveniently offers daily day tours with hotel pick-up.

The staff greeted me with a complimentary drink upon arrival. They insisted on unloading my luggage as soon as my taxi arrived. The check-in process was SO seamless. I received AMAZING service!!!
I found little space for suitcases in my room. There was only room for one medium suitcase at best, definitely inconvenient. I had to keep my extra luggage in the bath area.

The resort is spread out, giving a sense of privacy. Plenty of shops and fruit stands are within a short walk. Someone is always available to drive you via cart due to the hilly terrain.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, looking after all your needs. Reception is very efficient. Milk and Sa greet you with warm, cute hospitality. The staff is ALWAYS available to drive you.

The pools are fantastic, offering six options to choose from. They are clean and include pool bars with lots of sun beds. The gardens are lush and well maintained, SO BEAUTIFUL!!!

The room was big. It felt so clean. it had no insects. it didn't have mosquitos. everything i needed was provided. I loved it! breakfast had fabulous options. I savored every bite. staff members were always smiling. It.
the resort is on a hillside. it features stairs. i'm unsure how a person in a wheelchair could navigate it. the stairs could be challenging for some guests.

All staff at reception was kind. Bell boys were polite and helpful. Their attitude. I experienced a delicious food and friendly staff.
The resort is on a very steep site. You need good fitness levels when moving around. High temperatures are a factor when walking back.
